Eyelash Extension & Lash Lift and Tint
Guest Preparation and Expectations
- On your first visit to the salon for a full set application, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check in and initial consultation. As a new guest we also require a $50 deposit for a full set application to hold your reserved appointment time.
- If you are wearing makeup we ask you to come with a clean oil-free face either prior to
the scheduled appointment or arrive 20 minutes early to your scheduled appointment
and ask for a cleansing solution. This will avoid any delay in your service.
- We ask that you avoid wearing eye makeup prior to the application process. Use a mild,
oil free cleanser. Avoid using anything that is oil based or waterproof. Water-based is
acceptable.
- Avoid applying face cream, foundation, or sunblock near the eye area. The oil found in
several moisturizers prevents gel pad/ tape adherence and eyelash bond from bonding
to the natural lash and reduces longevity of your extensions.
- Discontinue use of mascara at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
Mascara residue can remain trapped along the lash line and in between the lashes if not
cleansed properly.
- Avoid crimping or curling your natural lashes with an eyelash curler prior to your
appointment.
- Please be sure to remove contact lenses prior to your appointment
- Please silence your phone while extensions are being applied. Talking while you’re in
the service can be difficult for your lash artist. Lash application requires precision.
- Our minimum age requirement for services is 18 years of age. 16 and younger may also
receive services with a parent/ guardian written approval.

Aftercare
1. Brush daily, keep extensions fluffy and separated by brushing daily with one of our lash wands.
2. Go mascara-free, put down the mascara! It can damage and clump lash extensions. The best part is that you don’t need it anymore! 3. At the end of each day, use a lash-safe makeup remover like Breakdown Oil-Free Makeup Remover if you frequently wear makeup. 4. Resist the urge to pick or pull at your extensions. 5. Get your fills and to keep your lashes looking full schedule fills for every two to three weeks. 6. Come to your next appointment clean. After taking off your makeup cleanse and nourish your lashes and eye area with Lash Bath Gel cleanser and the clean swoop brush. 7. Avoid flame, or heat near your extensions, they will melt! We also recommend you cleanse after a high intensity work out session or from any excessive sweating or swimming (pool or ocean). Avoid sauna areas for the first 48 hours, while your extensions continue to cure. |
